By email, at [email protected]. Every message is read by a person.
To speed things up, include your username, your phone model and the app version - it is shown at the bottom of the Settings screen.
From the app
Settings → Contact us opens an email ready to send. Settings → Help center covers the questions below.
Report content or a user
Every profile, post and comment has a "Report" button. Every report is reviewed within 24 hours; content that breaks the terms of use is removed and its author ejected.

Frequently asked questions
How do I post my song of the day?
Tap the "+" button at the bottom of the screen, search for a track, select it and tap Post. You can only post once a day.
How do I find my past songs?
Head to the Journal tab to see all your posts, your calendar and your streaks.
How does a private account work?
From Settings → Personal information, turn on "Private account". New followers will then need to send a request that you can accept or decline.
How do I block, mute or report an account?
From a user's profile, or the "⋯" menu on a post: "Mute" removes their content from your feed without telling them, "Block" cuts off interaction both ways, and "Report" alerts us.
How do I send a voice message?
In a conversation, tap the microphone icon, then press and hold the "Hold to talk" bar while you record. Release to send, slide up to cancel. A message lasts 60 seconds at most.
How do hashtags work?
Add a #hashtag to a caption so your post shows up in search results for that hashtag.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your account's email address: a reset link is sent to it.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Security → Delete my account. This can't be undone. Without the app, follow the email procedure.
Where do the audio previews come from?
The 30-second previews come straight from the public Deezer API.
