Mifasola Terms of Use
1. Purpose and acceptance
Mifasola is an app published by CHIN RICHY, a sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) trading as Mifasola (SIREN 106 310 931, 8 Esplanade Nova, 94800 Villejuif, France), that lets you share one song a day with your community: posts, journal, comments, messaging, and discovery through trends and hashtags. Using the app means you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
2. Access and minimum age
The app is only for people aged 16 and over. An account created by someone younger may be suspended or deleted.
3. User account
You're responsible for keeping your login details private and for any activity on your account, as well as the accuracy of your profile information. Impersonation is not allowed.
4. Linked multiple accounts
Mifasola lets you link several accounts on the same device. Each one is individually subject to these terms; multiple accounts can't be used to get around a suspension or manipulate statistics.
5. Posts
Only one song of the day can be posted per 24-hour period, with an optional caption and hashtags. You're solely responsible for the content you post.
6. Music content and third-party links
30-second audio previews come from the public Deezer API and remain the property of their rights holders. Links to other listening platforms are added manually, by users or by our moderation team, and provided for reference only, with no guarantee of availability or accuracy.
7. Private accounts, blocking and muting
A private account only accepts new followers by request. Blocking someone cuts off interaction both ways and breaks the follow link; muting someone removes their content from your feed without telling them, without breaking the follow link.
8. Messaging
Messages (text and voice) stay visible to their recipient for as long as the conversation exists, even after the sender's account is deleted (the displayed name then becomes "Deleted user").
9. Prohibited behaviour and reporting
Mifasola has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. The following are prohibited without exception: harassment, threats, hateful or discriminatory speech, sexual or violent content, illegal content, spam, manipulating statistics, and impersonation. A report button is available on every profile, post, and comment; you can also block any user, which immediately removes their content from your feed. Reports are viewable only by our team.
10. Moderation
Every report is reviewed within 24 hours. Objectionable content is removed and its author is ejected from Mifasola: the account is disabled and all of its posts are taken down. There is no prior warning for the content listed in section 9. You can also write to [email protected] to report inappropriate activity.
11. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Security. This can't be undone: your profile, username, follows, saved list and ALL your posts are deleted, along with their comments and likes. Only messages you already sent remain in your correspondents' conversations, attributed to a deleted user.
12. Intellectual property and licence to your content
Mifasola's name, logo, and interface belong to us. You keep the rights to your own content; by posting it, you grant us a limited licence to display it within the app for as long as it stays there.
13. Availability and liability
The service depends on third-party providers (Firebase, Deezer, Google Sign-In) whose availability is outside our control. Our liability is limited to what's allowed by law.
14. Changes
These terms may change over time; significant changes will be notified within the app.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. You can also use the EU's online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
